3. To aid and assist teachers with daily lesson plans, setting up classes and creating daily objectives.

Member Duties

1. Members are expected to act as a “teacher-assistant” to a mentor who teaches a class in which he or she has proven proficiency.

2. Grading homework, writing the objective and agenda on the board, sorting papers, hanging posters and student work, cleaning classrooms, clearing calculators, and otherwise assisting teachers where they are needed.

3. Instructing and giving individual attention to students (as requested by the teacher).

4. Assisting with the creation and implementation of classroom activities and labs.

5. Providing feedback on lesson activities.
